The evidence caveat that matters
Here's the honest position: both have real human clinical data — more than most research peptides. That data comes overwhelmingly from Russian institutions, and much of it was published in Russian.
That's not a reason to dismiss it. It is a reason to note that independent replication in Western trials is limited, and that neither is approved in the US or EU.
